Nowadays almost in every job, take interview but have we ever think where from this interview comes? Or What is an interview?
In this article, we will discuss this topic.

An interview is essentially a structure conversation, where one participant asks questions, and the other provides an answer. The word ‘Interview’ refers to a one-on-one conversation between an interviewer and an interviewee.


Types of the interview :

There are 3 types of interview
1. Unstructured 
Unstructured interviews that take place with few, if any interview question. It is a relatively formless interview style that researchers use to establish report and comfort with the participant, and is extremely helpful when researches are discussing a sensitive topic. 
2. Semi-structured
These are the interviews that use and interview protocol to help guide the researches through the interview pross. If you decide to choose an interview method, understand that it offers a great deal of flexibility for you as a researcher
3. Structured
These are interviews that strictly adhere to the use of an interviews protocol to guide the reachers. It is a more rigid interview style, in that only the question on the interview protocol are asked.

Advantages :

They are useful to obtain detailed information about personal feelings, perceptions and opinions they allow more detailed questions to be asked they usually achieve a high response.

Disadvantages: 

They can be time-consuming setting up; interviewing analysis, feedback, reporting.
They can be costly also.
Interview techniques are practices a job seeker use to improve his face-to-face meeting with a recruiter or hiring manager, there are individual techniques depending on you are interviewing for the end even the organizational structure of climate.

Interview skills:
  • Do your background research 
  • Be polite to everyone 
  • Watch your body language
  • Review your own Resume
  • Prepare for std questions
Good things to say in an interview:
  • You know the company really well
  • You have the experience of the job
  • You will with others 
  • You are motivated 
  • You are excited about the job
So, we are in the conclusion an interview is the way of face to face conversation between the interviewer and the interviewee.
